Problem Description:
Norton has a policy of auto-renewing the software you have purchased at the end of the subscription period. In the event you no longer need Norton software you are expected to change your account settings to disable auto-renewal. This can be done anytime you want during the subscription period.

Norton 360; Norton 360 Premier Edition; Norton Internet Security; Norton AntiVirus; Norton Internet Security for Mac; Norton AntiVirus for Mac

Instructions for Cancelling Norton Auto Renewal :
Step 1 : Create a new Norton Account
  1. Open any one of the web browsers you use to surf the net.
  2. https://login.norton.com.
  3. Follow the instructions to create a new account.
  4. Go to Step 3.
Step 2 : Login into an existing account
  1. If you already have an existing account go to https://login.norton.com.
  2. Enter your email login and password.
  3. In case you have forgotten your password, click forgotten password, and enter email id.
  4. Retrieve forgotten password and then login.
Step 3 : Turn off auto-renewal settings
  1. Under Automatic Renewal and Subscriptions, next to the Norton product for which you want to disable Automatic Renewal, click Off.
  2. When you receive the prompt, click Turn Off.
Step 4 : Get refund for auto-renewal
  1. In case your auto-renewal has already been processed you will have to call Norton customer service directly.
  2. Norton offers customers the ability to chat with their customer service agents. The chat link is https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/norton-renewal-purchase/current/contact-chat.
